Standard delivery - 2-3 working days

The standard delivery charge is £4.99 for UK excluding Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Scilly isles.

Next day delivery - Next working day (ordered before 1pm)

Next day delivery charge is £9.99

This is a next working day service which doesn't include weekends

Friday orders would be delivered by Monday.

All orders are sent out Royal mail recorded signed for, and need a signature on delivery.

If there is nobody available to sign for the parcel, it will be returned to your local royal mail parcel depot for you to collect. Royal mail will leave a calling card with the relevant details.

If the parcel is not collected and returned back to us undelivered, we will issue you a refund minus the original p+p.

Please note that if for any reason royal mail is unable to deliver your parcel due to wrong or insufficient postage details caused by customer error, we would issue you a refund minus p+p.

If for some reason your parcel has not arrived and is classed as missing/lost or stolen, we would have to wait for a period of 14 working days before we could refund you in full after a lost or stolen parcel claim form is filled out, which is available from us at: [email protected].

Returns & Exchange

  • Address
  • Item details
  • Purchase date/invoice number

We would then advise you on how to proceed with the return.

You can return any unwanted item to us for a refund/exchange up to 14 days after you receive your purchase, provided it is in its original, unused condition and you the consumer have taken reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession.

Shoes must be returned in their original boxes and only tried on indoors. We will then issue a full refund minus the original postage cost for all returns.

Returns are your responsibility, we don't offer a pre-paid returns service and so we recommend you send back items via Recorded Delivery or a similar postage method.

Please note that the return postage for items returned back to us are payable by you the customer and is non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange any item, then you the customer must pay the postage for the exchange item to be delivered to yourself the customer.

Please note that we cannot offer refunds on grooming products, Hair extensions, wigs, pierced jewellery or swimwear for health and hygiene reasons.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return the items after our terms of our Returns Policy date has expired or returned in a non satisfactory condition.

If the item is returned back to us after the date of our terms for returns, they will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of the return postage charge to send it back to you. If you send the item back to us again, or refuse to accept delivery, this will be deemed to be irreversible authority for us to dispose of your goods without further notice after a period of 30 days from original postage.

The returned parcel is the customer's responsibility until it is received by us. As a result we suggest customers use a delivery service where they can track their return. If you do choose to use a standard service which may mean your order cannot be tracked we cannot be held responsible for your lost order therefore we will be unable to process your claim.

We can only accept faulty returns within 30 days of receipt of goods.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
